And, how you lead matters. We suggest you start with a question. Join Young Government Leaders from across the country and coaches from the Federal Coaching Network for a Peer Coaching Workshop to explore the power of using a "question approach" to uncover the wisdom of the team in devising strategies and insights for "leading people." Learn together in small groups about the Leading People ECQ through a process that will teach you a methodology you can apply immediately as a leader and team member. Attendees will have an opportunity following the session to continue with peer coaching and/or sign up with a one-on-one coach.
