Additionally, the Annual TOC Distinguished Service Awards Program was launched by the Training Officers Consortium in 1955 to stimulate improved government-sponsored training programs through recognition of individuals making significant contributions to the Federal training community in the field of human resource development (training, education, and career development). This fundraiser will ensure that these essential activities are funded for years to come so the future leaders can continue to go to school and leaders in the Federal training community can be recognized.
