Champaine Addison serves as YGL’s Deputy Human Capital Officer. Prior to this role, she served as YGL’s Leadership Development Program Director. In this role, she is responsible for the creation and implementation of YGL’s Inspired Leadership Development program.

She has designed the program to respond to the gaps in the available leadership training for government professionals ensuring that it is offered through a competitive application process rather than through a financial investment on the part of the participant.

Champaine’s career as a Federal employee began in 2014 as an employee with the Department of Defense. She specializes in a variety of human resources areas to include Human Resource Development and Staffing.

She has a Master’s in Human Resource Management and a Doctoral in Business Administration in Global Organizational leadership.
